Description
An attractive art-deco card was made for an all of students of architecture in Warsaw in 1931.
The card was drafted by Eugeniusz Wierzbicki (1909 – 1991), who would become a famous Polish modernist architect, and Maciej Nowicki (1910-1950), who was later working as an architect and professor in the US under the name Matthew Nowicki. He died tragically in the crash of TWA Flight 903, when travelling from India, where he was working as a chief designer of a new city of Chandigarh.
