Description
Interesting map of Europe, printed on fine linen, embraces Central and Eastern Europe between the UK, France, Bolgaria and Russia. Marked are the borders between the countries and the railroads. The map is bordered by maritime ropework, printed in colour.
The map was probably made at the beginning of the WWI, since the flags are those of the principal allies: Great Britain, France, Russia and Belgium. The map was probably based on an image from the Manchaster Guardian and was sold to support the army.
