Description

A rare book in French language gives instructions to fathers of children on importance of education and explains the methods, how to teach children reading, writing, grammar, history, science, languages,…

The book comes from a private library of king Leopold II of Belgium (1835 – 1909) with the supralibros “À S.A.R. monseigneur le duc de Brabant” refereeing to his title before becoming a king in 1865.

Worldcat only lists three institutional examples (Erfgoedbibliotheek Hendrik Conscience, The British Library, Bibliothèque nationale de France).
