Description

Kṣhemaraja was a pupil of Abhinavagupta (c. 950 – 1016), a Hindu mistic and the chief disciple in the tradition of Kashmir Shaivism. Spanda Sandoha was one of the main works, written by Kṣhemaraja and focuses on the central theme of the philosophy of Kashmir Shaivism, the highly esoteric principle known as spanda and on the first verse of the Spanda Karika.

This is the first printed edition of Spanda Sandoha, printed in Sanskrit in Mumbai and issued in Srinagar.
