This uncommon book was issued in 1963 in Moscow by the Institute of the Peoples of Asia of the USSR and includes 10 short novels by 20th century Persian authors. 

The Institute of the Peoples of Asia of the USSR, today the Institute of Oriental Studies, goes back to 1818, when an Asiatic Museum under the Imperial Academy of Sciences was set up in St. Petersburg. In 1950s the institute was moved to Moscow. Today the institute covers the areas of Iran, the Middle East, Africa etc.

We could only trace one example in institutions worldwide (National Library of Israel).
