Description

An unusual work by a Ukrainian medical doctor Boris Tschlenoff, based in Switzerland, discusses the future od Russia, with a hope it will develop in a democratic federal republic.

The author Boris became known during WWII for providing medicaments and other supplies for the Jews of the Warsaw Ghetto. He was also a founder of several institutions for tuberculosis in Isreal.
