[Sarajevo: Islamska dionička štemparija 1334 – 1916]

Recent marbled paper spine, old dedication and signature in Ottoman on the top of the title page, without wrappers. Minor foxing, otherwise in a good condition.
A rare pamphlet in Bosnian language with Ottoman additions describes the history of a library (kutubhane) in the courtyard of the Emperor’s Mosque in Sarajevo, which was demolished in 1914 to make room for a new construction. The pamphlet, bound in the same volume, includes biographies of the muftis of Sarajevo.
The author Sejfudin Kamura (1863-1917) wrote several works on the Sarajevo and Bosnian Islamic history.
Worldcat does not list any institutional examples of the first pamphlet. One example is housed by the Croatian National and University Library. The second example is listed on Worldcat without any examples recorded in the institutions.
