Copper engraving with original colour in outline, originally dissected in 12 segments and mounted on linen, verso 11 mounted engravings and text sheets and 2 marble paper pieces, accompanied with original slipcase with mounted title (Very Good, tiny holes on the crossings of the folds, old owner’s remark on cover) 53 x 64,5 cm (20.8 x 25.4 inches).

A decorative originally colour folding map of Switzerland shows various types of roads, cities, towns, villages, mountain passes, waterfalls, monuments, vineyards etc. in Switzerland. The in-set map represents elevations of the mountains and the roads leading to the mountain passes.

The maps on the back showcase 10 Swiss cities and the religions of the country. The text sheets are advertisements for Keller’s other maps and prints, as well as explanations of the map in German, French and English.
